A study was recently published in the International Wound Journal that looked at the treatment of facial pressure injuries sustained by healthcare professionals (HCPs) when wearing personal protective equipment (PPE). During the study, HCPs were instructed to follow a five-step skin care bundle that included WaterWipes^®. The study found there was a reduction in skin injury among participants and that there were clear benefits in using WaterWipes^® as part of a skin care routine before and after wearing their PPE.
