NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. MAKING A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

1. PROMOTION DESCRIPTION

The Blowout Bail Out Sweepstakes ("Sweepstakes") begins on 09/29/2025 at 9:00 am ET and ends on 01/04/2026 at 11:59:59pm ET (the "Promotion Period").

The sponsor of this Sweepstakes is WaterWipes (USA), Inc. ("Sponsor"). By participating in the Sweepstakes, each entrant unconditionally accepts and agrees to comply with and abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which will be final and binding in all respects. Sponsor is responsible for the collection, submission, or processing of entries and the overall administration of the Sweepstakes. Entrants should look solely to Sponsor with any questions, comments or problems related to the Sweepstakes. Sponsor may be reached by email at [email protected] during the Promotion Period.

2. ELIGIBILITY

Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and DC who have reached the legal age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence. Employees, representatives, agents, officers, and directors of Sponsor and its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, distributors, retailers, sales representatives, advertising and promotion agencies (collectively, the "Promotion Entities"), are ineligible to enter the Sweepstakes. Household Members and Immediate Family Members of such individuals are also not eligible to enter or win. "Household Members" means those people who share the same residence at least three months a year. "Immediate Family Members" means parents, step-parents, legal guardians, children, step-children, siblings, step-siblings, or spouses. This Sweepstakes is void outside the 50 United States, the District of Columbia, and where prohibited.

3. HOW TO ENTER: NO PURCHASE NECESSARY

Enter the Sweepstakes during the Promotion Period on TikTok. Enter on TikTok by following @waterwipes_us on TikTok and commenting on the giveaway post with your worst baby blowout experience (an “entry”). An additional entry may be submitted by posting a TikTok video with your baby blowout story with the #WaterWipesSweepstakesEntry and tagging @waterwipes_us. To submit a valid entry, you must have a registered account with TikTok (“Social Media Account”). Social Media Accounts for corporations, businesses, couples, or entities other than an individual person are not eligible to enter the Sweepstakes.

All entry information, captions, photos, messaged, and posts shall be collectively referred to herein as the “submissions” or each as a “submission.”  Submissions must comply with the Submission Content Restrictions defined below. 

Each person may enter a maximum of two times, one via comment and one via additional TikTok video. Automated or robotic entries submitted by individuals or organizations will be disqualified if discovered by Sponsor. All terms and conditions of TikTok.com apply.  Any attempt by entrant to obtain more than the stated number of entries by using multiple/different Social Media Accounts, identities, registrations, logins, or any other methods, including, but not limited to, commercial contest/sweepstakes subscription notification and/or entering services, will void entrant's entries and that entrant may be disqualified if discovered by Sponsor. Eligibility is subject to eligibility verification as set forth below. All entries must be submitted by the end of the Promotion Period in order to be eligible. Sponsor's database clock will be the official timekeeper for this Sweepstakes. All received entries become the exclusive property of Sponsor, and none will be acknowledged or returned. Proof of sending or submission will not be deemed to be proof of receipt by Sponsor. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible, or stolen entries, which will be disqualified. If there is a dispute as to who submitted any entry, the authorized account holder of the Social Media Account used to enter will be deemed to be the entrant. The “authorized account holder” is the natural person entitled to control the Social Media Account as determined by the administrators of the Social Media application in question. Potential winner may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holder.

4. SUBMISSION CONTENT RESTRICTIONS: By entering the Sweepstakes, each entrant agrees that entrant’s submission conforms to the Submission Content Restrictions as defined below and that Sponsor, in its sole discretion, may remove any submission and disqualify an entrant or submission from the Sweepstakes if it believes, in its sole discretion, that the entrant’s submission fails to conform to the Submission Content Restrictions. 

• Submission Content Restrictions:
  • The submission must not contain material that violates or infringes any rights of any other party, including but not limited to copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity or any other intellectual property rights;
  • The submission must not disparage Sponsor or any other person or party;
  • The submission must not contain material that is inappropriate, indecent, obscene hateful, tortious, defamatory, slanderous or libelous;
  • The submission must not contain material that promotes bigotry, racism, hatred or harm against any group or individual or promotes discrimination based on race, gender, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation or age;
  • The submission must not contain material that is unlawful, in violation of or contrary to the laws or regulations of the United States or of any jurisdiction where Submission is created;
  • The submission must be consistent with the image and values of Sponsor and be consistent with and satisfy the purpose of the Sweepstakes. 

5. WINNER SELECTION

One winner of the Sweepstakes will be selected from among all eligible entries received throughout the Promotion Period. The drawing will be conducted about one week after the Promotion Period by Sponsor or its designated representatives, whose decisions are final. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

6. WINNER NOTIFICATION AND VERIFICATION

Sponsor will attempt to notify winner by direct message on TikTok approximately one week after the drawing. Potential Winner must accept a prize by responding to the direct message on the relevant Social Media Account as directed by Sponsor within one week of notification. Sponsor is not responsible for any delay or failure to receive notification for any reason, including inactive email account(s), technical difficulties associated therewith, or winner’s failure to adequately monitor any Social Media Account or associated email account.

No one is a winner unless and until the Sponsor officially confirms him/her as a winner in accordance with these Official Rules. Potential winner may be required to sign and return to Sponsor, within five business days of being notified, an affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release (TN residents need not sign publicity release) and provide requested identification in order to claim his/her prize. If a potential winner: (a) does not respond within one week after the first attempt to contact potential winner; (b) fails to sign and return required documents and provide required identification by the deadlines set by Sponsor; (c) is not in compliance with these Official Rules (including eligibility requirements); or (d) declines the prize; that potential winner will forfeit the prize, and Sponsor may select an alternate winner by random drawing from remaining eligible, non-winning entries, time permitting.

7. PRIZE

There is one prize. The prize winner will receive a Blowout Bail Out kit plus all the items on their Target Registry up to $2,000 USD. The approximate retail value ("ARV") of the prize is $2,050 USD. Prize cannot be transferred, redeemed for cash or substituted by the winner. Prize does not include any items listed on winner’s registry that have already been purchased prior to the conclusion of the promotion period. Sponsor reserves the right in its sole and absolute discretion to award a substitute prize of equal or greater value if the prize described in these Official Rules is unavailable or cannot be awarded, in whole or in part, for any reason. The ARV of the prize represents Sponsor's good faith determination. That determination is final and binding and cannot be appealed. If the actual value of the prize turns out to be less than the stated ARV, the difference will not be awarded in cash. Sponsor makes no representation or warranty concerning the appearance, safety or performance of the prize. Restrictions, conditions, and limitations may apply. Sponsor will not replace any lost or stolen prize items. Properly claimed prize will be awarded but in no event will Sponsor award more prizes than are provided for in these Official Rules. All characteristics and features of the prize, except as otherwise explicitly stated above, are at the Sponsor’s sole and absolute discretion. Winner is solely responsible for all costs not expressly described herein.

Prize will be awarded and/or delivered only to addresses within the 50 United States and District of Columbia. Allow 1 to 6 weeks for delivery.  Sponsor is not responsible for loss, delay, or damage in delivery. All expenses not expressly stated herein will be the sole responsibility of the winner. All federal, state, provincial and/or local taxes, fees, and surcharges are the sole responsibility of the prize winner, if applicable. Failure to comply with the Official Rules will result in forfeiture of the prize.

8. PRIVACY/PUBLICITY

Any personal information supplied by you will be subject to the privacy policy of the Sponsor posted at https://www.waterwipes.com/us/en/privacy-policy. By entering the Sweepstakes, you expressly consent and grant permission to Sponsor, its agents and/or representatives sharing, storing and using your Social Media Account information and any other personally identifiable information submitted with the other Promotion Entities for the purpose of Sweepstakes administration and prize fulfilment, including use in a publicly available winner list, in accordance with Sponsor’s privacy policy above. This section does not limit any other consent(s) that an individual may provide the Sponsor or others in relation to the collection, use and/or disclosure of their personal information.

Except where prohibited, participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes winner’s consent to allow each of the Promotion Entities to use winner’s name, likeness, voice, opinions, biographical information, hometown, and state/province/territory for promotional purposes in connection with the Sweepstakes only, in any media worldwide without further payment or consideration.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Sponsor, Target, TikTok, all other Promotion Entities, and each of their respective agents, employees, directors, officers, successors, and assigns (collectively, the “Released Parties”) assume no responsibility or liability for (a) any incorrect or inaccurate entry information, or for any faulty or failed electronic data transmissions; (b) any unauthorized access to, or theft, destruction or alteration of entries at any point in the operation of this Sweepstakes; (c) any technical malfunction, failure, error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or communications line failure, regardless of cause, with regard to any equipment, systems, networks, lines, satellites, servers, camera, computers or providers utilized in any aspect of the operation of the Sweepstakes; (d) inaccessibility or unavailability of any network or wireless service, the Internet or website or any combination thereof; (e) suspended or discontinued Internet, wireless or landline phone service; or (f) any injury or damage to participant's or to any other person’s computer or mobile device that may be related to or resulting from any attempt to participate in the Sweepstakes or download of any materials in the Sweepstakes.

If, for any reason, the Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned for reasons that may include without limitation, unavailability of TikTok, infection by computer virus, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes that may corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Sweepstakes, the Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes in whole or in part. In such an event, Sponsor will select the prize winner by random drawing from among eligible, non-suspect entries received as of the termination, provided it is able to do so, and will provide notice on the Sweepstakes website. Sponsor and Released Parties shall not have any further liability to any participant in connection with the Sweepstakes.

10. DISCLAIMER

This Contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with TikTok and any comments, questions or concerns regarding the Sweepstakes shall be directed to the Sponsor and not to the applicable social media application.

11. GENERAL

Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds: to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes; has, at any stage, supplied untruthful, incomplete, inaccurate, or misleading personal details and/or information, or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules, or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. If a dispute arises regarding compliance with these Official Rules, Sponsor may consider, in its sole discretion, data reasonably available to Sponsor through information technology systems in Sponsor’s control, but Sponsor will not be obligated to consider any data or other information collected from any other source. Sponsor’s failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules will not constitute a waiver of that provision. If there is any conflict between any term of these Official Rules and any of the entry or marketing materials used in connection with the Sweepstakes, the terms of these Official Rules will govern.

12. IN CASE OF DISPUTE

Entrant agrees that: (i) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes or the prizes awarded must be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the appropriate federal or state court located in New Hampshire; (ii) any and all claims, judgments and awards will be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Sweepstakes but in no event attorneys’ fees; and (iii) under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim indirect, punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the entrant and Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes, will be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of New Hampshire, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of the State of New Hampshire or any other jurisdiction) that would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of New Hampshire.

13. VERIFICATION

All entries and entrants are subject to verification at any time and for any reason. The Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to require proof of identity and/or eligibility (in a form acceptable to the Sponsor): (i) for the purposes of verifying an entrant’s eligibility to participate; (ii) for the purposes of verifying the eligibility and/or legitimacy of any entry and/or other information entered (or purportedly entered) for the purposes of this Sweepstakes; and/or (iii) for any other reason the Sponsor deems necessary, in its sole and absolute discretion, for the purposes of administering this Sweepstakes in accordance with the letter and spirit of these Official Rules.

14. WINNER NAME

To obtain the name of the winner, send your request along with a stamped, self-addressed envelope to WaterWipes cc: Spring Sweepstakes at 155 Fleet Street Suite 317 Portsmouth, NH 03801. Requests for the name of the winner must be received no later than 60 days after the Promotion Period has ended.
