Our WaterWipes Refresh On The Go Wipes are made from 99.9% water and a drop of fruit extract, which contains a very small trace of benzalkonium chloride.Our wipe material is a blend of 80% polyester and 20% viscose. This means that 20% of our wipe is currently biodegradable, however we have made a commitment to having a 100% biodegradable solution without compromising on the purity of our product in 2020 and we are really, really close.

Because WaterWipes Refresh On The Go Wipes don’t use chemicals to "bind" the liquid to the wipes, the water can sometimes migrate to the bottom of the pack. To remedy this, with the sticker properly resealed, turn your pack of WaterWipes upside down and then gently squeeze and massage the pack for a few seconds. This will quickly redistribute the water more evenly throughout the pack and get the wipes back to the same consistent wetness that they had when they were made in our cleanroom process.

Unfortunately the COVID-19 situation has caused many issues with supply chains due to the unprecedented demands placed on them. Because of this, we’re sadly not going to be able to bring our customers biodegradable wipes until the beginning of 2021. We are disappointed that we can’t bring you a sustainable option sooner, but we will continue to work closely with our suppliers during these unprecedented times, so you and your little ones can enjoy our biodegradable WaterWipes Refresh On The Go Wipes as soon as possible.

Duration to compost will depend on several factors such as heat and the combination of organic matter and bacteria already present in the composter.
